Abstract
Reski Anita. 2023. The Influence of Education, Placement, and Motivation on Employee Performance at the West Sulawesi Province Regional Secretariat Goods and Services
Procurement Bureau, supervised by Andi Djalante and Azlan Azhari.
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of education, placement, and
motivation on employee performance at the Bureau of Goods and Services Procurement of
the Regional Secretariat of West Sulawesi Province.
This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study
was 72 respondents. The data collection tools used in this research were questionnaires
and documentation. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The research results show that (1) Partially the variables of education,
placement, and motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee
performance. (2) Simultaneously the variables of education, placement, and motivation
has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) The placement
variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the West Sulawesi
Province Regional Secretariat Goods and Services Procurement Bureau.
