Abstract
Rahmat. 2024. The Influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Training on Employee Capabilities at the Luwu Regency Inspectorate. (supervised by Andi Widiawati and

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and training on employee capabilities at the Luwu Regency Inspectorate. This
research approach is quantitative with a survey method that takes samples from a population and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. The research population was all civil servants at the Luwu Regency Inspectorate, totaling 42 people.
The results of the research show that: 1) leadership style, motivation and training partially have no influence on the capabilities of employees at the Luwu Regency
Inspectorate office. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style, motivation and training simultaneously on employee capabilities at the Luwu
Regency Inspectorate.
