Abstract

Putri Mentari. 2023. The Influence of Leadership, Communication and Compensation on the Performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency. guided by Sylvia Sjarlis
and Muhammad Idris.
This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the influence of leadership on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency (2) the effect of communication on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency (3)
the effect of compensation on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency (4) the influence of leadership, communication and compensation simultaneously on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency (5)The most dominant variable influencing the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency and was carried out
from November to December 2022. The research population was 50 Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 50 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency (2) there
is a positive and significant effect between communication on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency (3) there is a positive and significant effect between compensation on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency (4) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership, communication and
compensation simultaneously on the performance of Mentari Group employees in Sidrap Regency (5) the compensation variable is the most dominant variable influencing the
performance of Mentari Group employees in the Regency Sidrap. The R-Square value in this study is 0.824.
