PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN PRASARANA TERHADAP KINERJA ASN DI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN LUWU TIMUR

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence, work environment and infrastructure toward the Civil Servant’s performance in the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency partially and simultaneously.
The study approach used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis methods. The study was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu
Regency in April 2022 with a total sample of 80 people.
The results indicate that (1) competence has a significant effect toward the performance of ASN in the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (2) the work environment has no significant effect toward the performance of ASN in the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (3) infrastructure has no significant effect toward the
performance of ASN in the Regional Secretariat East Luwu Regency (4) competence, work environment, and infrastructure simultaneously affect the performance of ASN at the
Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency.
