This study aims to analyze (1) The influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work facilities partially on the performance of employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency. (2) The influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and work facilities simultaneously on the performance of
employees of the Selayar Islands District Regional Disaster Management Agency.
This research uses quantitative methods. The research was carried out at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of the Selayar Islands Regency. This study distributed questionnaires to 60 respondents. In this test using the SPSS tool version 25.
The results show that (1) Partially, the variables of Leadership Style, organizational culture, and work facilities had a positive and significant effect on the
Performance of the Selayar Islands Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency Employees. (2) Simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture,
and Work Facilities have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Employees of the Selayar Islands Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency.
