PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN BUDAYA KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 1 SENDANA KABUPATEN MAJENE

This research aims to determine which influence is the most dominant between the Competence, Work Motivation and Work Culture variables on Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sendana, Majene Regency, involving 62 teachers as respondents. This type of research is quantitative using a survey research approach. The data collection strategy uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Techniques
using IBM SPSS 25 software.
The independent variable comes from individual abilities consisting of Motivation and Work Culture. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is teacher performance. Hypotheses were formulated for research using three (3) tests, namely partial testing (t test), simultaneous testing (F test), and dominant testing (beta test).
The results of this research show that the independent variables (X) competence, work motivation and work culture significantly influence teacher performance at Sendana 1 Public High School, Majene Regency simultaneously.
This means that the better and increased the competence, work motivation and work culture carried out by teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sendana, Majene Regency, the overall performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sendana will improve.
