Abstract
Nurbaeni. 2022. The Influence of Leadership, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Takabonerate District Office, Selayar Islands Regency,
supervised by Mashur Razak and Syafruddin Kitta.
This study aims to determine (1) The influence of leadership, work motivation,and job satisfaction partially affects employee performance (2) The effect of leadership,
work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance (3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census), namely by
determining the entire population as a total sample of 35 employees.
The results show that (1) Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Takabonerate District office, Selayar Islands Regency. (2) Leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Takabonerate District Office, Selayar Islands Regency. (3) The variable of work motivation is the most dominant variable that has a significant effect on employee performance at the Takabonerate District Office, Selayar Islands Regency.
