Employee Performance Improvement at Arsy Collection Giant Alauddin
Makassar, supervised by H. Saban Echdar and M. Salim S.
This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of motivation on
improving employee performance of Arsy Collection Giant Alauddin Makassar,
the influence of competence on improving employee performance of Arsy
Collection Giant Alauddin Makassar, the effect of compensation on improving
employee performance of Arsy Collection Giant Alauddin Makassar, the influence
of motivation, competence, and Compensation has a simultaneous effect on the
employee performance improvement of Arsy Collection Giant Alauddin Makassar,
and analyzes the most dominant variable influencing the employee performance
improvement of Arsy Collection Giant Alauddin Makassar.
This research approach uses quantitative research with survey methods.
The research was conducted at the Arsy Collection Giant Alauddin Makassar.
When the research was conducted starting December 2020. The study population
was all employees of the Arsy Collection Giant Alauddin Makassar, totaling 58
people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using a saturated
sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 58
employees.
The results showed that: partially motivation, competence, and
compensation have a significant effect on improving performance. Simultaneously
motivation, competence and compensation have a significant effect on improving
employee performance. and competency variables have the most influence on
employee performance improvement at Arsy Collection Giant Alauddin Makassar.
