This study aims to analyze the effect of technical policies, budget management and
human resource competencies partially and simultaneously on the effectiveness of
budget absorption in the Jeneponto Regency Government. The population used in
this study were several Heads of Planning and Finance in the Regional Government
of Jeneponto Regency, amounting to 31 employees. The sample is part of the
number and characteristics possessed by the population. The sample selection in
this study was carried out using the Saturated sample method, namely the entire
population was sampled as many as 31 employees. The data collection technique
was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each respondent's
answer was assessed using a score according to a Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or Simultaneous testing
show that the calculated F value is 51.983 and the F table is 3.20. So it shows that
F count > F table with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that
there is a positive and significant influence between the effectiveness of budget
absorption, technical policies, budget management and human resource
competence in the Jeneponto district government.
From the description of the t test, it is known that there is a significant influence
between the competence of human resources with Technical Policy and Budget
Absorption at the Jeneponto Regency Government.
