PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN BARRU

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of education, training and
work environment partially and simultaneously on the quality of work of employees at the
Regional Secretariat of Barru Regency.
The population in this study were all employees at the Regional Secretariat of
Barru Regency with a total of 93 employees. Due to the total population that reaches
100, the entire population is the sample of this study, as many as 93 people. The data
collection technique was carried out through a questionnaire/questionnaire where each
respondent's answer was assessed using a score according to the Likert scale.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous
testing indicate that the Fcount value is 20.654 and Ftable is 2.71. So it shows that
Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that
simultaneously education, training and work environment have a significant effect on the
quality of work of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Barru Regency. From the
description of the t test, it is known that partially it is known that education, training and
work environment affect the quality of work of employees at the Regional Secretariat of
Barru Regency.
