Abstract
Mustaming. 2023. The Influence of the Work Environment and Work Placement on
Personnel Performance through Job Satisfaction at the Jeneponto Police, supervised by
Reynilda and Azlan.
This study aims to determine 1) The influence of the work environment on job
satisfaction. 2) The influence of job placement on job satisfaction. 3) The influence of the
work environment on personnel performance. 4) The influence of work placement on
personnel performance. 5) The influence of job satisfaction on personnel performance. 6)
The influence of the work environment on personnel performance with job satisfaction as
an intervening variable. 7) The influence of work placement on personnel performance
with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
This study uses quantitative research. The research population was all Jeneponto
Police personnel as many as 150 personnel. Selection of samples in this study as many as
68 personnel.
The results show that 1) There is an influence between the work environment on
job satisfaction. 2) There is an effect of work placement on job satisfaction. (3) There is
an influence of the work environment on personnel performance. 4) There is an effect of
work placement on personnel performance. 5) There is an influence of job satisfaction on
personnel performance. 6) There is an influence of the work environment on personnel
performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. 7) There is an effect of work
placement on personnel performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
