PENGARUH PROFESIONALISME DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA MELALUI MOTIVASI KERJA PERSONIL DAN PNS POLRI DI MAPOLRES MAJENE

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of professionalism and leadership style toward work productivity through work motivation partially or
simultaneously, both directly and indirectly. The sample used 68 respondents with the purposive sampling method. Data
collection used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was a quantitative analysis using the validity test and the reliability test, the F test, the coefficient of determination, the t test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results, professionalism (X1) and leadership style (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect toward motivation (Y1) and productivity (Y2). While partially, professionalism has no significant effect toward motivation (Y1) and work productivity (Y2) either directly or indirectly. While the leadership style variable (X2) partially have a significant effect toward both motivation (Y1) and work productivity (Y2) directly.
