Abstract

Musliadi. 2022. The Influence of Human Resource Quality, Organizational Culture, and
Governance on ASN Performance in the Scope of Government of Manuju District, Gowa
Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Sylvia Sjarlis.
This study aims to determine and analyze: The Influence of Human Resource Quality,
Organizational Culture, and Governance on ASN Performance in the Scope of the
Government of Manuju District, Gowa Regency, as well as the variables that most dominantly
affect the performance of ASN in the Scope of Government of Manuju District, Gowa
Regency.
This research approach uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted in
the scope of government of Manuju District, Gowa Regency. The research time was
conducted from August to October 2022. The population in this study was 99 people. The
sampling technique in this study is a purposive sampling technique, where this sampling
technique is based on the researcher's consideration of which samples are most suitable,
useful, and considered representative of a population. The sample in this study was 36
number of people.
The results showed that: 1) The quality of Human Resources and Organizational
Culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN partially. 2)
Governance has no significant effect on the performance of ASN. 3) The Quality of Human
Resources, Organizational Culture, and Governance have a positive and significant effect on
the performance of ASN simultaneously. 4) The human resource quality variables have the
most dominant effect on ASN performance.
