This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of work environment
variables, motivation, and work stress on employee performance. (2) The influence of
the work environment, motivation, and work stress simultaneously on employee
performance (3) The most dominant variable influencing the Performance of Employees
of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research uses quantitative methods. The technique used is saturated
sampling with a total sample of 52 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple
linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence
between the work environment on employee performance. (2) There is a positive and
significant influence between motivation on employee performance. (3) There is a
positive and significant influence between work stress on employee performance. (4)
There is a positive and significant influence between work environment, motivation, and
work stress simultaneously on employee performance. (5) The motivational variable is
the variable that most dominantly influences the Performance of the Staff of the
Population and Civil Registration Office of the Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
