Abstract
Muhammad Nizar Rahman. 2022. The Influence of Human Resources
Development, Motivation and Commitment to Employee Performance at the
Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Majene Regency guided by H.
Muhammad Hidayat and Hj. Fitriany.
This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of HR development,
motivation and commitment to employee performance at the Public Works and
Spatial Planning Department of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant
variables affecting employee performance at the Majene Regency Public Works
and Spatial Planning Office.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was
conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Majene Regency.
The time of the study was carried out in April 2022. The research population was
the employees of the Majene Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office,
totaling 62 people.
The results show that: 1) Human Resources Development, Motivation and
Commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of
Public Works and Spatial Planning Officers in Majene Regency 2) Human
Resources Development, Motivation and Commitment have a simultaneous
(together) effect on the Performance of Service Employees Public Works and
Spatial Planning in Majene Regency 3) HR development variables have the most
dominant influence on the performance of employees of the Public Works and
Spatial Planning Department of Majene Regency.
