This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of farmer motivation,
adoption of agricultural technology and intensity of counseling on farmer
productivity in East Banggae district, Majene district, and the most dominant
variables that influencing farmer productivity in East Banggae district, Majene
district.
This research approach used a quantitative research. The research was
conducted on farmers in East Banggae District, Majene Regency. The time of the
study was carried out in June 2022. The population in this study were farmers in
East Banggae District, Majene Regency with a sample of 60 respondents.
The results showed that: 1) There was a positive and significant influence on
farmers' motivation, adoption of agricultural technology and partial extension
intensity on farmer productivity in East Banggae District, Majene Regency. 2)
There is a positive and significant influence on farmer motivation, adoption of
agricultural technology and intensity of extension simultaneously on farmer
productivity in East Banggae District, Majene Regency. 3) Farmer's motivation
variable has the most dominant influence on farmer's productivity in East Banggae
District, Majene Regency.
