Abstract

Muhammad Hendra Jayanto. 2021. The Influence of Leadership, Work Environment and
Compensation on Work Performance Employee of the Regional Financial Management
Agency of Takalar Regency, Supervised by Mr. Nurdin Brasit and Mr. Badaruddin.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on the work
performance of employees of the Regional Financial Management Agency of Takalar
Regency, to determine the effect of the work environment on the performance of employees
of the Regional Financial Management Agency of Takalar Regency, to determine the effect
of compensation on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial Management
Agency of Takalar Regency, to determine the simultaneous effect of Leadership, Work
Environment, Compensation on Employee Performance of the Regional Financial
Management Agency of Takalar Regency, and to determine the most dominant variables
on the Performance of Employees of the Regional Financial Management Agency of
Takalar Regency.

Based on the results of the partial test (T test) the leadership and compensation, it
has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, while the work
environment has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of employees at the
Regional Financial Management Agency of Takalar Regency. Based on the results of the
Simultaneous Test (Test F), it shows that Leadership, Work Environment and
Compensation together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work
Performance at the Regional Financial Management Agency of Takalar Regency, South
Sulawesi. The dominant influence on employee performance is the compensation variable
with the value of "Unstandardized Coefficients βeta" of 0.442 with a significance level of
0.000. And the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of the variable that is
Leadership, Work Environment and Compensation is 64.7%. The remaining 35.3% is
influenced by other variables not examined in this study including office facilities, work
atmosphere, work motivation, and career development of each employee.
