Abstract

Ulfiani Paharuddin. 2020. Analysis of Human Capital Development and Its Effect toward Employee Performance at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency, supervised by Maryadi and Mukhtar Hamzah.
This research aims to analyze and find out (1) the effect of the development of human capital consisting of skills, innovation, life experience, and knowledge partially
toward the employee performance at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (2) the effect of the development of human capital consisting of skills, innovation, life experience, and knowledge simultaneously toward the employee performance at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (3) the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency.
The population was all employees at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Parepare by 42 employees. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. The saturated sample technique was used because of the number of populations relatively small. So the number of samples used the entire of the total population of 42 people. The research took place for 1 (one) month, October 2019 to November 2019. This research also used Multiple Linear Regression analysis with data processing using SPPS application ver. 22. The results show that (1) Human capital includes skills, innovation, life experiences, and knowledge have a positive and significant effect partially toward the
employee performance at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (2) Human capital includes skills, innovation, life experiences, and knowledge have a positive and significant effect simultaneously toward the employee performance at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development (3) innovation is the most dominant variable affects the employee performance at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Parepare.
