Abstract
Muh. Indrawan Tri Putra. 2021. The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational
Culture and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction of Civil Servants in Binamu District,
Jeneponto Regency, supervised by Maryadi and Sylvia Sjarlis.
This study aims to determine 1) Partially the influence of leadership
style, organizational culture, and work motivation on the job satisfaction of Civil
Servants. 2) The simultaneous influence of leadership style, organizational culture, and
work motivation on the job satisfaction of Civil Servants. 3) The most dominant
variable influencing the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and work
motivation on job satisfaction of Civil Servants in Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency.
Determination of the sample using the saturation technique with a population
of 44 civil servants at the Kelurahan Office in Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency.
Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical
method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) The leadership style has a positive and significant
effect on the job satisfaction of civil servants. Organizational culture and work
motivation variables do not have a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction
of Civil Servants. Meanwhile, organizational culture and work motivation are less able
to increase the job satisfaction of Civil Servants. (2) Simultaneously the influence of
leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation has a positive and
significant effect on the job satisfaction of Civil Servants in Binamu District, Jeneponto
Regency. (3) Partially shows that the leadership style variable has a dominant effect on
job satisfaction among Civil Servants in Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency.
