Abstract

Maskurniawan. 2022. The influence of organizational culture, education, and
training on employee performance through compensation mediation at the Barru
Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Office, supervised by Ahmad Firman
and Badaruddin.
This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture,
education and training on employee performance with mediated by compensation at
the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Barru Regency.
Determination of the sample in the study using a saturated sampling technique of
108 employees. The data analysis technique in this study used path analysis with
SPSS software.
The results showed that organizational culture have a positive and not
significant influence on employee performance, education and training have a
positive and significant influence on employee performance, compensation have a
positive and significant influence on employee performance, organizational culture
have a positive and significant influence on compensation, education and training
have a positive and significant influence on compensation, organizational culture
have a positive and not significant influence on employee performance with
mediated by compensation, education and training have a positive and significant
influence on employee performance with mediated by compensation in this
research.
