This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of attractiveness,
accessibility, and facilities on tourist satisfaction. The type of research used in this
research is quantitative with a survey approach. This research was conducted at the
tourist attraction of Karampuang Island in Mamuju, West Sulawesi, with a research time
of 2 months. The population used in this study is all visitors to the Karampuang Island
tourist attraction for one year (2021-2022). In this study, the sample size was taken using
the Hair Formula. Through calculations based on this formula, the number of samples
obtained from this study was 160. The data type used in this study was quantitative, while
the source used primary data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression
Analysis.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously, Attraction,
Accessibility, and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Tourist Satisfaction
Visiting Karampuang Island in Mamuju, West Sulawesi. This study produces a coefficient
of determination of R2 or R Square of 0.390. This result means that the variables of
Attractiveness, Accessibility and Facilities have a relationship with Tourist Satisfaction of
39%, and other causes explain the remaining 61% outside the model.
