Abstract

Leddy Diliyana. 2022. The Effect of Leadership Style, Coordination and Organizational
Culture on Employee Performance in the Protocol and Communication Section of the
Regional Secretariat of Barru Regency, supervised by Sudirman Dandu and Asri.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of leadership style,
coordination and organizational culture on employee performance in the Protocol and
Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Barru Regency (2) the most
dominant variable affecting employee performance in the Protocol and Communication
Section of the Regional Secretariat Leader. Barru District.
This study uses primary data with a survey method conducted at the Protocol and
Communication Section of the Regional Secretariat of Barru Regency in April 2022. Data
collection was carried out through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used in this study
is multiple linear regression. The research population was all employees of the Protocol
and Communications Section of the Regional Secretariat of Barru Regency and related
agencies, totaling 41 people. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the
saturated sampling method (census), namely by determining all the population as a total
sample of 41 employees.
The results of this study conclude that (1) partially leadership style variable has
a negative effect on employee performance, coordination has no significant effect on
employee performance, and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee
performance (2) simultaneously leadership style, coordination and organizational culture
have an effect on Employee Performance
