Abstract

Lahuddin 2023, The Influence of Leadership, Motivation, and Discipline on Employee
Performance at the Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency (guided
by: Maryadi and Sylvia).
This study aims to partially analyze 1) Leadership, motivation, and discipline on
Employee Performance at the Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency
2) the simultaneous influence of Leadership, motivation, and discipline on Employee
Performance at the Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar District. 3) the
most dominant variable affecting employee performance at the Agriculture and Food
Office of Polewali Mandar Regency.
This research was conducted on employees of the Agriculture and Food Office of
Polewali Mandar Regency. Determination of samples using saturation, which is as many
as 42 employees. The data collection methods used are questionnaires and document
studies. The analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear
regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially leadership, motivation, and
discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the
Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar District. This means that leadership,
motivation, and discipline can improve employee performance at the Agriculture and
Food Office of Polewali Mandar District. Simultaneously, leadership, motivation, and
discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the
Agriculture and Food Office of Polewali Mandar District. Partially shows that the
motivation variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the Agriculture
and Food Office of Polewali Mandar Regency, this shows that the better the motivation
will further improve the performance of employees at the Agriculture and Food Office of
Polewali Mandar Regency
