Abstract

La Samu, 2021. The effect of Class Management, Teacher Competence, and Discipline
on the Effectiveness of the Teaching and Learning Process at State Elementary Schools in
Tubo Sendana District, Majene Regency (supervised by Muhammad Idris and Mariadi)
This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of Class Management, Teacher
Competence, and Discipline partially and simultaneously on the Effectiveness of the
Teaching and Learning Process at State Elementary Schools in Tubo Sendana District,
Majene Regency (2) the most dominant variables that affect the Effectiveness of the
Teaching and Learning Process in State Elementary Schools. in Tubo Sendana District,
Majene Regency.
The research approach is a survey approach. The study was conducted at a
public elementary school in Tubo Sendana District, Majene Regency. The time of the
study was from October to November 2020. This study used a survey method. The
population in this study were all State Elementary School Teachers in Tubo Sendana
District, Majene Regency as many as 68 people. Sampling in this study was used as a
sample. The sample used in this study were 68 people. Analysis of the data used is
Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of Class
Management, Teacher Competence, and Discipline on the Effectiveness of the Teaching
and Learning Process partially and simultaneously on the Effectiveness of the Teaching
and Learning Process in State Elementary Schools in Tubo Sendana District, Majene
Regency, and the discipline variable that had the most dominant effect on Effectiveness of
the Teaching and Learning Process at State Elementary Schools in Tubo Sendana
District, Majene Regency.
