Abstract

Syuhriany. 2020. The Effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Career Development on the Work Loyalty of Employees in the Pangkep Regency Population and Family Planning Control Office, supervised by Mashur Razak and Herry Sugeng Waluyo.
This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and career development partially and simultaneously toward employee work loyalty at the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Pangkep Regency (2) the most dominant variable affecting employee loyalty at the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Pangkep Regency.
The approach used a survey study conducted at the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Pangkep Regency from September 2019 to November 2019. The study population was all employees at the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Pangkep Regency. The sample selection in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method (census) by determining all populations as a total sample of 48 employees. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. The results show that (1) There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and career development partially toward the employee work loyalty at the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Pangkep Regency (2) There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and development career simultaneously toward the
employe work loyalty at Population and Family Planning Control Office in Pangkep Regency (3) organizational commitment is the most dominant variable affecting the work loyalty at Population and Family Planning Control Office in
Pangkep Regency.
