This study aims to determine (1) The influence of discipline, motivation, and
work environment partially on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of
Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (2) The influence of discipline, motivation, and work
environment simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of
Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (3) The most dominant factor influencing employee
performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, the number of
samples in this study is 79 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study used
questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques
used multiple linear regression and data processing in this study used SPSS software.
The results showed that (1) The variables of discipline, motivation, and work
environment partially had a positive effect on the performance of employees at the
regional secretariat of the Sidenreng Rappang district. (2) Simultaneously discipline,
motivation, and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of
supervisors at the Regional Secretariat of Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (3) The work
environment variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the
Regional Secretariat of Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
