Jumriati. 2023. The influence of the development of human resources, office facilities
and organizational culture on employee performance in the housing agency and
residential area of Selayar Islands district, supervised by Basri Rahman and Hamdana.
This study aims to analyze the influence of the development of human resources in
office facilities and organizational culture on the performance of imployees of the Selayar
Archipelago Regency housing and residential areas.
The research is categorized as survey research. Data collection techniques
through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population in this study amounted to 82
employees consisting of 26 civil servants and 56 non-civil servants. The sampling
technique is saturated, the entire population in this study becomes the sample..
Based on validity an reliability tests followed by multiple linear regression analysis
with the help of IBM SPSS statistical software version 25, the research result obtained
that (1) human resource development has a positive and significant effect on the
performance of employees of the housing office and residential areas of the Selayar
Island district (2) office facilities has a positive and significant effect on the performance
of employees of the housing office and residential areas of the Selayar Island district ,
(3)organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the
employee of the housing and settlement area office of the Selayar Islands Regency (4) the
development of human resources, office facilities, organizational culture as a whole
simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of
the housing and residential areas of the Selayar Archipelago Regency.
