PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA MADRASAH, KURIKULUM, DAN KOMITE MADRASAH TERHADAP MUTU PENDIDIKAN PADA MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI 2 POLEWALI MANDAR

This study aims to determine the effect of the headmaster's leadership
curriculum, madrasah curriculum and madrasah committee on the quality of education at
Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Polewali Mandar, including wanting to know which of the
three independent variables is the most dominant.

The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach using survey
research, namely research by taking samples from the population using a questionnaire
as a data collection tool. When the research began in January 2021. The study
population was all of the teaching staff and committee elements at Madrasah Aliyah
Negeri 2 Polewali Mandar, totaling 37 people. The sample selection in this study was
carried out using a saturated sampling method (census), namely determining all
populations as a sample of 37 people.

The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the head of the
madrasah, the curriculum and the madrasah committee both together (simultaneously)
and individually have a significant effect on the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah
Negeri 2 Polewali Mandar. In addition, it was also found that the komte marasah
variable had a dominant influence compared to the other two variables. This research is
expected to be a reference for Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Polewali Mandar to maintain
and try to improve the three influencing variables (variables X1, X2, X3) in order to
achieve good quality education.
