This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of work initiative, mastery
of technology and work environment on the performance of employees of the Office of
Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation of Majene Regency (2) the most dominant variable
affects the performance of employees of the Office of Agriculture, Livestock and
Plantation of the Regency Majene.
This research approach uses quantitative research conducted at the Office of
Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation of Majene Regency in October 2022. The research
population is all employees of the Office of Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation of
Majene Regency, totaling 139 people using the slovin formula in drawing research
samples that are amounted to 58 respondents.
The results show that (1) work initiative has a positive and significant effect on the
performance of employees of the Office of Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation of
Majene Regency (2) mastery of technology has a positive effect on the performance of
employees of the Office of Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation of Majene Regency (3)
work environment has an effect positively on the performance of employees of the Office
of Agriculture, Livestock and Plantation of Majene Regency (4) there is a positive and
significant effect of work initiative, mastery of technology and work environment
simultaneously on the performance of office employees of the Office of Agriculture,
Livestock and Plantation of Majene Regency (4) work initiative is the most dominant
variable affects the performance of employees of the Department of Agriculture,
Livestock and Plantation of Majene Regency.
