PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN, MOTIVASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA SEKERTARIAT DAERAH KOTA PAREPARE

This study aimed to determine (1) the effect of education, motivation, and leadership toward employee performance partially at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare (2) to determine the effect of education, motivation, and leadership toward employee performance simultaneously at the Regional Secretariat of Parepare.
The sample of this study was 86 people. Sampling was implemented by the Slovin Method because the population was more than 30 people or 111 people. Sampling in this study was carried out using a probability sampling technique using
proportional simple random sampling with the results of 86 employee samples. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that (1) education, motivation, and leadership partially affects the employee performance of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare (2) simultaneously showing that education, motivation, and leadership affect the employee performance of the Regional Secretariat of Parepare.
