Abstract
Irawati. 2021. The Influence of Transformational Leadership, Work Ethic and
Effectiveness of Communication on the Performance of Village Apparatus in
Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency, supervised by Badaruddin and Ansar
Daud.
This study aims to 1) Analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work
ethic and communication effectiveness partially and simultaneously on the performance
of village officials in Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency. 2) Analyze the
variables that have the most dominant influence on the performance of Village
Apparatus in Gantarangkeke District, Bantaeng Regency. This study uses multiple linear
regression analysis technique, with a sample of 79 people.
The results show that 1) Partially Transformational Leadership and
Communication Effectiveness had a positive and significant effect on the performance of
village officials. 2) Work ethic had no positive and significant effect on the performance
of village officials, 3) Simultaneously Transformational Leadership, Work Ethic and
Communication Effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on the performance of
village officials in Gantarangkeke District, 4) The most dominant variable influencing
the performance of village officials in Gantarangkeke District is the Communication
Effectiveness variable.
