Abstract
Heriyanto. 2023. The Influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Climate, and Job
Satisfaction on Employee Work Performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Regional
Disaster Management Agency, supervised by Basri Rakhman and Andi Widiawati.
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational climate,
and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Selayar Islands Regency Regional
Disaster Management Agency.
This research is categorized as survey research. Data collection techniques
through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population in this study amounted to 97
employees consisting of 19 civil servants and 78 non-PNS people. The sampling technique
is saturated, the entire population in this study becomes the sample.
Based on the validity and reliability tests followed by multiple linear regression
analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics Ver software. 25, the results of the study
show that (1) Work discipline, organizational climate, and job satisfaction partially have
a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) Work discipline,
organizational climate, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance (3 ) Work discipline is the most variable
dominant influence among other variables on employee performance at the Agency
Regional Disaster Management of Selayar Islands Regency.
