Abstract
Helmi Kadir. 2023. The Influence of Providing Additional Employee Income,
Commitment, and Organizational Culture on the Performance of the Financial
Administration Officer of the Regional Work Unit within the Scope of the West Sulawesi
Provincial Government, supervised by Abdullah and Sylvia.
This study aims to determine the provision of additional employee income,
commitment, and organizational culture on the performance of Financial
Administration Officers.
This research uses quantitative methods. This research was conducted at the
Provincial Government of West Sulawesi by taking all Financial Administration Officers
or civil servants who had served as Administrative Officers with a sample of 53 people.
The results of this study show that (1) Partially organizational culture variables
affect the performance of Financial Administration Officers while additional employee
income and commitment are proven to not affect the performance of Financial
Administration Officers. (2) Simultaneously additional employee income, commitment,
and organizational culture affect the performance of the Financial Administration
Officer of the Regional Work Unit within the Scope of the West Sulawesi Provincial
Government.
