Abstract
Hadri Kurniawan. 2022. The Influence of Placement, Competency, and Work Morale on
the Performance of Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency Office Employees,
supervised by Saripuddin D and Zainal Abidin.
This research aims to determine and analyze (1) The partial influence of placement,
competency, and work enthusiasm variables on the performance of office employees at the
Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency. (2) The simultaneous influence of
placement, competency, and work enthusiasm on the performance of Jeneponto Regency
Regional Revenue Agency office employees.
This research was conducted at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency
office from June to August 2022. The population in this study was 51 employees at the
Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency office. The sample in this study was 51
employees of the Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency office. The data analysis
method used in this research is a multiple linear regression model.
This results shows that (1) The placement variable has a positive and significant
influence on the performance of Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency office
employees. (2) Competency has a positive but not significant influence on the performance
of Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency office employees. (3) Work enthusiasm
has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Jeneponto Regency Regional
Revenue Agency office employees. (4) Simultaneously, the variables of placement,
competency, and work enthusiasm have a positive and significant influence on the
performance of Jeneponto Regency Regional Revenue Agency office employees.
