This study aims to analyze the risk and its treatment in improving the marketing
of port services at PT Pelindo Bontang Branch. The type of research used in this
research is qualitative.
This research was conducted at PT Pelindo Bontang Branch with a research
time of 2 months. The subjects in this study called the informants are HR and Finance
Managers, Operations Managers, Competitors and Customers. The type of data used
in this study is qualitative data, while the data sources use primary and secondary data.
The analytical method used is ISO SNI 31000.
The results of this study prove that there are 35 risk items that have been
identified that have an effect on increasing the marketing of port services at PT Pelindo
Bontang Branch. Where, there are 5 priority risk items that need to be prioritized in
handling. PT Pelindo Bontang Branch itself takes the form of risk treatment more into
2 forms of treatment, namely Mitigation (Mitigate) and Accept (Accept).
