This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of work discipline, organizational
culture, and motivation on the performance of civil servants. (2) The influence of work
discipline, organizational culture, and motivation simultaneously on civil servant
performance. (3) The most dominant variable influencing the performance of civil servants
at the Office of National Unity and Politics in Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The sample selection in this
study was carried out using a saturated sampling method with a sample of 32 civil servants.
The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression analysis.
The results of the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence
between work discipline on the performance of civil servants. (2) There is a positive and
significant influence of organizational culture on civil servant performance. (3) There is
no influence between motivation on civil servant performance. (4) There is a positive and
significant influence between work discipline, organizational culture, and motivation
simultaneously on civil servant performance. (5) The variable of motivation is the most
dominant variable affecting the performance of civil servants at the Office of National
Unity and Politics, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
