This study aims to determine and analyze : The Influence of service quality, service
procedures, and a comfortable waiting room on the satisfaction of the non-cash recipient
community at the Maradekaya village office partially and simultaneously .
This research approach uses quantitative research. Research conducted at the
Maradekaya village office. The study was conducted in March to April 2022. The study
population is all people who received non-cash food assistance,was 629 people. The
sampling method used was probability sampling, with a total sample of 87 people. Data
collection techniques using a questionnaire. Validity testing was carried out with the SPSS
version 20 program.
The results showed that : 1) There is no patially effect of service quality variabel
on community satisfaction with t count -03,57 < 1,663 t table, then H0 is accepted and Ha
is rejected. 2) There is a partially effect of service procedure variables on community
satisfaction with t count 4,911 > 1,663 t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 3)
There is a partially effect of the comfortable waiting room variable on community
satisfaction with t count 2,410>1,663 t table, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. 4)
Based on the ANOVE test obtained with a F count 30,942>2,71 F table and probability
equal to 0,000<0,05 than simultaneously the independent variable has a effect on the
dependent variable
