Saparuddin Salama. 2020. The Influence of Competence, Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity of the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency (supervised by Prof. H. Saban Echdar, S.E., M.Si and Dr. Haeranah Alwany, S.E., M.M)
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, compensation and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the work productivity of employees at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency, as well as the most dominant variables affecting the work productivity of employees at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency. .
The research approach is a survey approach. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency. The research time was October to November 2019. This study used a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency, as many as 75 people. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique
(census) in which all the population in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 75 people. The data analysis used was Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that in partially testing the independent variable, namely the variable competence (X1), compensation (X2), work discipline (X3), there was no positive and significant effect on the work productivity of the employees of the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency, but at the time of testing. Simultaneously or
collectively, there is a significant influence on work productivity, and the work discipline variable which is the most dominant in influencing the work productivity of employees at the Public Works and Public Housing Office of Pinrang Regency.
