Abstract
Dian Aisyah Rani. 2022. The Influence of Work Culture, Work Ability, and Work
Motivation on the Performance of the Drinking Water Supply System Management Group
(KPSPAM) in Bantaeng Regency, supervised by Asri and Abdul Khalik.
This study aims to determine the influence of work culture, workability and
motivation partially affect the performance of the drinking water supply system
management group (KPSPAM) in Bantaeng Regency, to determine the effect of work
culture, work ability, and motivation simultaneously influence the performance of the
water supply system management group. drinking water supply system (KPSPAM) of
Bantaeng Regency and to find out which variable has the dominant influence on the
performance of the drinking water supply system management group (KPSPAM) of
Bantaeng Regency.
Based on the results of the study, the t-test (partial test) shows that work culture
and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of
employees in the Management of the Drinking Water Supply System (KPSPAM) in
Bantaeng Regency. Meanwhile, work ability has a positive and insignificant effect on the
performance of employees in the Management of the Drinking Water Supply System
(KPSPAM) in Bantaeng Regency.
The results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F), shows that Work Culture, Work
Ability, and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of
Employees in the Management of the Drinking Water Supply System (KPSPAM) in
Bantaeng Regency. The variable that has the dominant influence on employee
performance is job satisfaction.
