Abstract
Pratiwi Goddess Yusuf. 2023. The Influence of Work Discipline, Organizational
Culture,andCareer Development on the Performance of Inspectorate Employees of West
SulawesiProvince, supervised by Harlindah Harniati Arfan and Mukhtar Hamzah.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of work
discipline,organizational culture, and career development on the performance of
Inspectorateemployees of West Sulawesi Province. (2) The influence of work discipline,
organizationalculture, and career development simultaneously on the performance of
Inspectorateemployees of West Sulawesi Province. (3) The most dominant variable
influencing theperformance of the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province employees.
This research approach is quantitative. The selection of the sample in this
studywas carried out using the saturated sampling method with a sample of 77
employees. Theanalysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results show that (1) There was no significant influence between
workdiscipline on the performance of the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. (2)
Therewasa positive and significant influence between organizational culture on the
performanceof the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province. (3) There is a positive and
significantinfluence between career development on the performance of Inspectorate
employees ofWest Sulawesi Province. (4) There is a positive and significant influence
between workdiscipline, organizational culture, and career development simultaneously
on theperformance of the West Sulawesi Provincial Inspectorate employees. (5)
Theorganizational culture variable is the variable that most dominantly influences
theperformance of Inspectorate employees of West Sulawesi Province.
