This study aims to determine (1) The partial influence of competence, work facilities,
work motivation partially on employee work productivity. (2) The influence of competency,
work facilities, work motivation simultaneously on employee work productivity in Tellu
Limpoe District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. (3) The dominant factor affecting the work
productivity of employees in Tellu Limpoe District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
This research approach uses descriptive quantitative research that takes samples
from one population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The study
population was civil servants and non-civil servants at the sub-district office and village
office in Tellu Limpoe sub-district, Sidenreng Rappang district, totaling 75 people.
The results of the study show that (1) There is a partially significant influence
between competencies on work productivity. (2) There is no partial significant effect between
work facilities on work productivity. (3) There is a partially significant influence between
work motivation on work productivity. (4) There is a significant influence simultaneously
between competence, work facilities and work motivation on work productivity. (5) The most
influential variable on work productivity is the work motivation of Tellu Limpoe District
employees, Sidenreng Rappang Regency.
