Abstract
Darlan N. 2019. The Influence of Supervision, Motivation, and Leadership on
Employee Performance at the Office of the Regional Personnel and HR Development
Agency for the City of Parepare (supervised by H. Mashur Razak and H. Mukhtar
Hamzah).
The research aims to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of
supervision, work motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Regional
HR Development and Staffing Agency of Parepare City.
This research was conducted at the Regional Personnel and Human Resources
Development Agency of the City of Parepare. The research time is from October to
November 2019. Starting from the problems and research objectives to be achieved,
this type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, where this
research uses a survey method with correlational analysis techniques to find out
between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The population in this
study were all employees of the City of Parepare Regional Personnel and HR
Development Agency, totaling 42 employees. In this study, data was collected using a
saturated sampling technique (census), in which all populations were sampled. The
population of the Regional Personnel and HR Development Agency for the City of
Parepare is 42 employees. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Regression Analysis
(Multiple Regression Analysis)
The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between
supervision, work motivation and leadership on employee performance at the Regional
Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in the City of Parepare
