This study aims to determine and analyze: The Influence of Service Quality, Education,
and Individual Characteristics of Paramedic Officers on Community Satisfaction at the UPTD
Puskeswan, Totoli Sub-district, Majene Regency, and the most dominant variable that affecting
Community Satisfaction at the UPTD Puskeswan, Totoli Sub-district, Majene Regency.
This research approach uses quantitative research. The research was conducted at the
UPTD Puskeswan Office, Totoli Village, Majene Regency. The time of the research was carried
out in April 2022. The research population was people who had received services at the UPTD
Puskeswan, Totoli Village, Majene Regency with a sample of 85 number of respondents.
The results showed that: 1) Service quality had a partial effect on Community
Satisfaction at the UPTD Puskeswan, Totoli Sub-district, Majene Regency 2) Education had a
partial effect on Community Satisfaction at UPTD Puskeswan, Totoli Sub-district, Majene
Regency. 3) Individual Characteristics had a partial effect on Community Satisfaction at
UPTD. Puskeswan Totoli Village, Majene Regency 4) There is a positive and significant effect
simultaneously on Community Satisfaction at the UPTD Puskeswan Totoli Village, Majene
Regency. 5) The service quality variable that has the most dominant infl
