PENGARUH SUPERVISI, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DAN PEGAWAI DI SMK KALUMPANG

The research aims to determine and analyze (1) The partial and simultaneous
influence of supervision, leadership, and motivation on the performance of Kalumpang
Vocational School teachers and employees. (2) The most dominant variable influences the
performance of Kalumpang Vocational School teachers and employees.
The research approach is a survey approach. The research was carried out on
Kalumpang Vocational School Teachers and Employees. The research time is from August
to September 2022. This research uses a survey method. The population in this study were
Kalumpang Vocational School teachers and employees, totaling 53 people. Sampling in
this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), that is, all of the population in this
study was sampled. The sample used in this research was 53 people. The data analysis used
is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results show that (1) Partially and simultaneously the variables of supervision,
leadership, and motivation of the principal have a positive and significant influence on the
performance of teachers and employees of Kalumpang Vocational School. (2) The
supervision variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance
of Kalumpang Vocational School teachers and employees.
