Abstract
Ari Kusnandar. 2022. The Influence of Work Placement, Work Motivation, and Job
Satisfaction on the Performance of Police Members at the Pangkajene and Islands Resort
Police Office, supervised by Muhammad Idris and Maryadi.
This study aims to analyze (1) The partial effect of job placement, work
motivation, and job satisfaction variables on the performance of police officers at the
Pangkajene and Islands Resort Police Office. (2) The influence of the variables of job
placement, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously on the performance of
police officers at the Pangkajene and Islands Resort Police Office.
This research approach uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population of
this study was 337 members of the Pangkajene and Islands Resort Police. The
determination of the research sample used the Slovin method and obtained a sample of 77
members of the Pangkajene and Islands Resort Police.
The results show that (1) Partially the variables of job placement, work
motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee
performance at the Pangkajene and Islands Resort Police Office. 2) Simultaneously the
variables of work placement, work motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant
effect on employee performance at the Pangkajene and Islands Resort Police Office.
