The problem in this research is what is the role of MSMEs in increasing the family
economy of employees in MSMEs Anufa Cheesetea Boba Bantaeng. The aim is to find
out the role of MSMEs in improving the economy of the families of employees at Anufa
Cheesetea Boba Bantaeng. The problem in this study is the analysis of the role of
MSMEs in increasing the family economy of Anufa Cheesetea Boba Bantaeng
employees.
This research method is a field research. The data sources used in this research are
primary data and secondary data. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and
documentation. To analyze the data, researchers used descriptive analysis method.
The results of this study indicate that based on the results of research conducted by
researchers at MSMEs Anufa Cheesetea Boba Bantaeng about the role of MSMEs in
improving the economy of employee families. So researchers can conclude that MSMEs
Anufa Cheeseteaboba Bantaeng plays an important role in improving the economy of
employees because they have been able to fulfill their life needs such as meeting basic
needs, being able to pay for the schooling of their younger siblings and being free from
unemployment and reducing the burden on parents even though the income earned is
not too much like employees in companies in general, but this is an increase in the
economics of the employee's family when viewed from a micro-economic perspective.
The implication of this research is that it is hoped that the government will pay attention
to and improve MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) so that income
distribution occurs among the lower middle class.
