Abstract

Andi Sri Wahyuni. 2022. Effect of Leadership, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction on
Employee Performance at UPTD PPSLU Mappakasunggu Parepare supervised by Salim
Sultan and Sudirman Dandu.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership, Work
Discipline and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at UPTD PPSLU
Mappakasunggu Parepare. The type of research used in this research is quantitative
descriptive. This research was conducted at the Center for Elderly Social Services
(PPSLU) Mappakasunggu Parepare Social Service of South Sulawesi Province with a
research time of 1 month. The population used is all employees, totaling 41 people. The
sampling technique uses a saturated sample where each element of the population is used
as a sample. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data, while the data
sources use primary data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression
Analysis.
The results of this study prove that partially or simultaneously Leadership
Assessment, Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. This study resulted in the value of the coefficient of determination
R2 or R Square of 53,6%, and the remaining 46,4% was explained by reasons other than
the model.
