Abstract

Andi Putri Dewanti. 2021. The Effect of Multiple Role Models on Increasing Employee
Performance in the Selayar Islands Regency Regional Secretariat Work Unit, guided by
Nurdin Brasit and Andi Ririn Oktaviani.
This study aims to analyze the influence of Strategic Partners, Change Agents,
Employee Champions, and Administrative Experts on Employee Performance
Improvement in the Regional Secretariat Work Unit of Selayar Islands Regency.
Approaching to this research used a quantitative analysis approach. The
research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. The
time of the study was carried out in August 2021. The population of this study was 137
people. The data used are primary data and secondary data generated from the
distribution of questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical tool used is
statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis method with proof of
hypothesis through t-test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and
the dependent variable partially and the F-test to prove the relationship between the
independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously.
The results of the study show that: 1) Strategic Partners have a positive and
significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar
Islands Regency. 2) Change Agent has a positive and significant effect on Employee
Performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. 3) Employee
Champion has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional
Secretariat of the Selayar Islands Regency. 4) Administrative Expert has a positive and
significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat of the Selayar
Islands Regency. 5) Strategic Partners, Change Agents, Employee Champions and
Administrative Experts have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance
Improvement in the Selayar Islands Regency Regional Secretariat Work Unit.
