ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK PADA DINAS PERPUSTAKAAN DAN KEARSIPAN KABUPATEN MAJENE

The study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of the ability of the apparatus, service procedures, and infrastructure facilities simultaneously toward the effectiveness of public services at Department of Library and Archives in Majene (2) the effect of the ability of the apparatus, service procedures, and infrastructure acilities partially toward the effectiveness of public services at Library and Archives Service in Majene (3) the most dominant variable affects the effectiveness of public services at Library and Archives Service in Majene.
This type of study is a survey approach with correlational analysis techniques to determine between the dependent variable and the independent variable. In this study, the population taken was the employee of the Department of Library and Archives in Majene totaling 250 people. In this relation, the writer took a sample with a simple random sampling by determining a sample of 50 people. Analysis of
the data used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis).
The results showed that (1) the results of the F test or simultaneous testing showed that the count was 16.770, greater than the F table 2.70. The results of the above analysis indicate that the independent variable (X) is a factor the ability of the apparatus, service procedures, and infrastructure simultaneously has a significant effect on the effectiveness of public services at Department of Library and Archives in Majene (2) from the description of the t test using the SPSS ver. 22 it is known that only the Service Procedure variable (X2) has a significant partial effect on the effectiveness of public services at the Library and Archives Service in Majene (3) Service Procedure (X2) is the most dominant factor affecting the effectiveness of public services at the Library and Archives Service in Majene.
