Abstract
Andi Muhammad Djarchamad. 2024. The Influence of Organizational Culture,
Communication and Job Satisfaction on Employee Work Effectiveness in the Regional
Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, South Sulawesi. (Guided by Giri Dwi
Nanda and Andi Adijah).
The aim of this research is to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of
organizational culture, communication and job satisfaction on the work effectiveness of
ASN employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, South
Sulawesi. Apart from that, this research also aims to analyze the variables that most
dominantly influence the work effectiveness of ASN employees at the South Sulawesi
Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The population in this study
was 230 ASN employees of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights,
South Sulawesi. The number of samples was determined based on the sloving formula, so
that a sample of 100 employees was obtained. The data analysis technique in this
research is multiple linear regression.
The research results show that: (1) Partially, organizational culture has a positive
and significant effect on employee work effectiveness, this is proven by the tcount value
of 3.882 and the ttable value of 1.660 at a significance level of
0.000. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee work
effectiveness, this is proven by the tcount value of 8.179 and the ttable value of 1.660 at a
significance level of 0.000. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on
employee work effectiveness, this is proven by the tcount value of 2.350 and the ttable
value of 1.660 at a significance level of 0.021. (2) Simultaneously, organizational
culture, communication and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on
employee work effectiveness, this is proven by the Fcount value of 99.700 and the Ftable
value of 2.70 at a significance level of
0.000. Of the three independent variables studied, communication is the most dominant
variable influencing the work effectiveness of ASN employees at the Regional Office of
the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, South Sulawesi.
